With over 16 years HR experience across multiples sectors including Financial Services, Retail and Hospitality, I have a passion for people and the success story they can bring to an organisation. I thrive on working with business leaders to get the very best out of their biggest and most expensive asset – their people!

I attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at the University of Portsmouth and am an Associate Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), the professional body for the world of all things HR-related.

I built the consultancy out of requests from companies actively seeking HR expertise tailored to their needs. I pride myself on the ability to build credible and trusted relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and employees, quickly grasping an understanding of their challenges and requirements and providing practical solutions.   

HR really doesn't need to be complicated – yes, there are some complicated pieces of employment legislation out there, but it is pragmatic and workable solutions that small businesses need and that is where HR Works comes in. As a strategic and operational HR consultancy, I can offer a true partnering opportunity to make sure your people strategy is aligned with your business plan and executed to ensure achievement of your business goals.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family where life is never dull… much like the wonderful world of HR!
